The restaurant occupies the former Neo site, now transformed into a striking dining space inside a glass circular dome with panoramic views across the sea.
At its heart is a simple philosophy: cook the very best ingredients with confidence and precision, allowing natural flavours to shine.

We’re open daily from 11am – midnight for lunch, dinner and everything in between.
